4th of July is coming up quickly and in this week's blog post, I have everything you need to throw the BEST CELEBRATION!
From food, to decor, to crafts for the kids - this blog post has it all!
~ FOOD~
Whenever I write this section of a blog post, I always struggle because I am a terrible cook- I lack the motivation. I always want to find recipes that are not only easy and delicious but also fun for me to make. So, these recipes are 100% doable for you if they are for me and I also guarantee you that these will impress even the biggest foodies at your 4th of July celebration!

FESTIVE SPRINKLE ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
I know what you are thinking.... "WOAH". I know, I know, and thank you- I have my handy Pinterest skills for this one. This recipe is honestly as easy as it looks like. This is the best recipe for the laziest of part throwers and I am kinda disappointed that I didn't think if it first.
AMERICAN FLAG FRUIT TRAY
This recipe is exactly what it sounds like too. All you have to do is get a large tray and fruit that resemble the colors of the American flag. This is super easy to put together cause you literally just copy the flag--trust me on this one... it is not difficult. Examples of fruit that are perfect to use to represent the colors are strawberries, raspberries, bananas, and blueberries. The possibilities for this one is honestly endless.

FRUIT ICE CUBES
Yeah, I feel like this one explains itself well enough. But hey, it will look really cute- maybe more for indoor parties.
~DIY DECOR~

RAG GARLAND
This DIY is a little time consuming but the outcome is totally worth it!! You can even make multiple and every sing one can be different and unique. Pick out as many festive patterns and textures you can to make it original to you.

WATER COLOR FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS
You gotta love a super easy DIY. You literally just grab a vase and some fake (or real) flowers, fill the vase with water, and put festive food coloring in it. BOOM- Colorful & Creative 4th of July decor.
BANDANA TABLECLOTH
This DIY is going to need some crafting skills, but I have faith in you. This is my personal favorite and I can't wait to test it out for my 4th of July party. DIY STEPS HERE.

AMERICAN FLAG CANDLE HOLDERS
Ugh, I love this one! It is just so cute and perfect to add some lighting outdoors.
This DIY is surprisingly EASY and is super FUN.

~ FOR THE KIDS~

FIREWORK PAINTING
I am really excited about this festive children's craft and I honestly really want to do it myself. It is super SIMPLE. All you need is paper, paint, and a fork!
4TH OF JULY PET ROCKS
If you have red my past blog posts you probably have noticed by now that I love pet rocks. I used to make them as a kid and it was so fun to create them and paint them all crazy different patterns and colors. This DIY is another self explanatory one-- a RED, WHITE, & BLUE Pet rock.
DESIGNER TIP: Okay, so this isn't really a "designer tip" per say... more just a helpful one I thought I should share that I found when I was researching for this post.

SPARKLER SHIELD FOR KIDS
No need to thank me.
Have a great 4th of July!
